- Not sure If weightlifting is for you? Afraid of commitment? Try 1 week at the Sports Palace with Jim Schmitz. Jim will walk you through an introductory 3 workouts and introduce you to the sport. (VALID ONLY FOR NEW LIFTERS)
- Month to Month Membership (All month to month memberships include 2 components - Payment to Jim Schmitz for coaching and a gym membership to Physique Magnifique.)

Offerings Details
First Month at the Sports Palace
- Olympic Weightlifting Basics - 1 Month Introduction to Weightlifting
- Intended for beginners, Jim guides you through the basics of the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. No experience or background required! You'll build the foundation needed to safely train in olympic weightlifting.
- Olympic Weightlifting Calibration - 1 Month Introduction to the Sports Palace system
- Intended for experienced or returning weightlifters. You'll be introduced to the Sports Palace system and learn the in and outs of training with Jim. Jim will take some time to analyze your strengths and weaknesses and provide more detailed coaching to set you up for long term success.
Team Training
- After completing your first month with Jim and building your foundation. You'll be able to join regular team training!
- Team Training is typically 3-5 sessions per week depending on your goals & needs.
- Team Training Membership provides coaching and guidance through team programming. You will get to be on a team program with individualized adjustments based on needs and gain the benefits of weightlifting and strength training. Typical goals for team members include:
- Strength and Conditioning for Sports
- Cross Training for Athletic Development
- Olympic Weightlifting for Health
- Olympic Weightlifting for Competition
